Refund Policy

Important: This Refund Policy applies to all Svelte Bride™ services provided by RenuviaMD™. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in our program.
1. Subscription Model
Svelte Bride™ operates on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription includes:
- Telehealth physician consultations
- GLP-1 prescription medications (when clinically appropriate)
- Proprietary supplement formulations (GLP-Balance™)
- Ongoing medical supervision and support
- Nutrition coaching and lifestyle guidance
2. Payment Terms
- Monthly subscription fees are charged automatically on your billing date
- First payment is due upon physician approval and enrollment
- Recurring charges continue until you cancel your subscription
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
3. No Refunds for Shipped Products
CRITICAL POLICY: Once medications and supplements have been shipped to you, no refunds will be issued. All sales of shipped products are final.
This policy exists because:
- Medications and supplements cannot be returned or resold for safety and regulatory reasons
- Products are compounded or prepared specifically for you
- FDA regulations prohibit the return of prescription medications
- Chain of custody and temperature control cannot be guaranteed after shipment
4. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Emailing support@renuviamd.com with "Cancellation Request" in the subject line
- Providing your full name and account information
- Requesting cancellation at least 48 hours before your next billing date
When Cancellation Takes Effect:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will have access to services through the end of your paid period
- No charges will be made after your current billing cycle ends
- You remain responsible for any outstanding balances
What Happens After Cancellation:
- Your physician will not renew your prescriptions
- Access to the patient portal will be terminated
- No additional medications or supplements will be shipped
- Your medical records will be retained for 7 years as required by Florida law
5. No Refunds for Partial Months
No refunds or credits are provided for:
- Partial months of service
- Unused portions of your subscription
- Services you did not utilize during your billing period
- Cancellations made mid-billing cycle
6. Pre-Enrollment Cancellation
If you cancel before your physician approves your enrollment and before any medications or supplements are shipped:
- You will receive a full refund of your initial payment
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Contact support@renuviamd.com to request cancellation
7. Physician Denial of Services
If your physician determines you are not a candidate for GLP-1 therapy:
- You will receive a full refund of any payments made
- No medications or supplements will be shipped
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- You will be notified of the decision and reason
8. Payment Failures & Declined Charges
Failed Payments:
- If your payment method is declined, you will be notified immediately
- You have 72 hours to update your payment information
- Services may be suspended if payment is not received
- A $25 failed payment fee may apply
Subscription Suspension:
- Unpaid accounts will be suspended after 72 hours
- Access to the patient portal and prescriptions will be paused
- Subscription can be reactivated upon payment of outstanding balance
- Medical records remain accessible after suspension
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Important: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of services and may be considered fraud.
If you have a billing concern:
- Contact support@renuviamd.com first to resolve the issue
- We will work with you to address legitimate billing errors
- Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in collection efforts
- You may be responsible for chargeback fees and legal costs
10. Third-Party Financing
Important Notice: If you use third-party financing (CareCredit®, Cherry®, or other providers):
- RenuviaMD™ is not responsible for payment disputes between you and the financing company
- Refund eligibility is governed by the financing company's terms and conditions
- Contact your financing provider directly for refund requests
- Our refund policy applies only to direct payments made to RenuviaMD™
- Once we receive payment from the financing company, our standard "no refund for shipped products" policy applies
11. Subscription Price Changes
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice
- Price changes will be communicated via email
- Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at current pricing for 60 days after notice
- You may cancel before price changes take effect without penalty
12. No Insurance Billing or Reimbursement
RenuviaMD™ operates as a direct-pay practice:
- We do not bill insurance companies
- We do not provide insurance claim forms or superbills
- You may use HSA/FSA funds for payment
- We cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement
- Payment is your responsibility regardless of insurance status
13. Promotional Discounts & Offers
- Promotional discounts apply only to specified billing cycles
- Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
- Promotional pricing does not affect our refund policy
- Standard pricing resumes after promotional period ends
- Promotional offers are non-transferable
14. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Medical Contraindications: If you develop a medical condition that contraindicates GLP-1 therapy after starting treatment
- Severe Adverse Reactions: If you experience documented severe adverse reactions requiring immediate discontinuation
- Billing Errors: If we made a verifiable error in billing your account
Note: Even in these circumstances, shipped products are not refundable. Only unused portions of future billing cycles may be eligible for prorated refunds.
15. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund for eligible situations:
- Email support@renuviamd.com with "Refund Request" in subject line
- Include your full name, account email, and reason for refund
- Provide documentation if claiming medical exception
- Allow 5-7 business days for review and response
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
16. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account
- Credit card refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles to post
- You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed
17. Right to Refuse Service
RenuviaMD™ reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any patient who:
- Provides false or misleading medical information
- Violates our Terms & Conditions
- Engages in abusive behavior toward staff
- Repeatedly files fraudulent chargeback claims
- Fails to follow medical advice or treatment plans
Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
18. State-Specific Consumer Rights
Florida Consumer Rights: This refund policy complies with Florida consumer protection laws. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
19. Changes to Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time
- Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date
- Material changes will be communicated via email to active patients
- Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance
